UMASDA is governed by a set of Bylaws, which have named in writing set positions within the Organization which enable our school to run smoothly and provide guidance for Affairs of Business and Instruction.

UMASDA Board of Directors

Executive Director: Mr. Steve Zalazowski (Biography)

Responsible for overall direction of the Organization & Final Accountability for all performance metrics.

Associate Director, Curriculum and Instruction: Mr. Fernando Avalos

Admissions Director and responsible for ensuring all graduations meet or exceed requirements and head of Coursework Development Team (Curriculum Development). Reports to Executive Director.

Associate Director, Operations: Mr. Adam Noggle (Biography)

Responsible for day to day operations of the Headquarters school. Reports to Executive Director.

Associate Director, Creative Media: Mr. Marcus Moore

Responsible for multimedia development and digital marketing. Reports to Executive Director.

Graphic Artist: Mr. Isaac Cloud

Responsible for creation of UMASDA Graphics and co-designer of UMASDA Crest logos.

UMASDA Senior Advisor: Mr. Rick Cathey

Invited to sit on all Exam Boards and provide counsel for coursework development.

UMASDA Advisor: Mr. Christopher “AC” Wiley (Biography)

Invited to sit on all Exam Boards and provide counsel for coursework development.

UMASDA Advisor: Mr. Bill Parsons

Invited to sit on all Exam Boards and provide counsel for coursework development.

Director, Events: Ms. Ashley Harrison

Organizing and planning Organization Events. Reports to Executive Director.

Student Instructor: Mr. Jorge Bartolo

Instructor in Training & Mentor. Reports to Director, Quality Control.
