Anticipated Self Defense Technique 101-3

This is the 3rd self defense sequence taught in our curriculum, designed as a functional base self defense movement vs. a right roundhouse/haymaker style punch as well as providing a foundation for future learning.

Explains our model of studying what are realistically “anticipated” attacks vs. true self defense material. ASD material is taught from White-Brown belt (Courses 101-302) and true surprise Self Defense Combat Models are taught in courses 401-405.
